Liverpool manager Andoni Iraola has backed high-profile recruits Florian Wirtz and Bradley Barcola to repay the faith shown in them. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
Defending Wirtz‘s overall contributio this season ahead of the match against Bournemouth, Iraola stated that his playmaker delivers immense value beyond raw numbers.

The Italian manager concluded by stressing that Barcola will eventually adapt to the English Premier League’s intensity.
His words, “He should be judged like everybody else – if he plays well or doesn’t play well, or as I always say how does the team play when you are on the pitch?
I am very happy with Florian. He’s training to help us in every aspect of the game. Obviously, he’ll want to add goals and assists, but he’s helping us in a lot of different areas.
With Bradley, the more times he plays the better he will become.
He has come straight in without pre-season minutes but in a good shape. Like all the signings coming from other leagues, he will need some time to adjust to the rhythm of the Premier League.”
