Manchester United Open Talks Over Summer Deal For Eliaquim Mangala

repost-us-image-9694266 eliaquim-mangala United are keen on signing Porto defender Eliaquim Mangala during the summer transfer window rather than in January, according to Portuguese journalist Gonçalo Lopes .
    .
The Premier League champions have been linked with a move for the France centre-back for some time now, as the club are desperately searching for a defender to replace the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic as they are both out of contract at the end of the season.
    .
And Manchester United’s scouting network have again turned to the Portuguese league to find a replacement for the aforementioned defenders.
    .
Chelsea and Manchester City are also said to be keen on bringing 22-year-old Mangala to the Premier League, however Manchester United are likely to have the upper hand in the race for his signature due to Portuguese super agent Jorge Mendes.
    .
Mendes has close ties with Manchester United as he represents both Anderson and Nani as well as Red Devils legend Cristiano Ronaldo and former assistant manager Carlos Queiroz.
    .
Moyes is said to be already locked in talks with Mendes over a deal that would see Mangala move to Old Trafford in the summer.

David Moyes has just not given United fans a good motivation so far as per signing player in January. He should just do whatever
