Senate President David Mark, on Monday expressed his condolence to President Goodluck Jonathan over the demise of his younger sister, Mrs. Nancy Jonathan- Olei in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state.
The senate president, in the condolence message, which he personally signed, expressed sadness over the untimely death of Nancy.
According to him, her death has robbed the nation of her worthy enterprise.
He, however, urged them to take solace in the fact that although the late Nancy lived a short life, she left a good legacy and indeed impacted positively on her immediate environment.
Mark said, “I received the news of the death of your dear sister with shock. I earnestly identify with you and share in this painful loss. I pray that the good Lord gives you the fortitude to bear this pain and grant our beloved sister eternal rest in His bosom”.
