Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has come out to say that he is unsure about Juan Mata’s future. Ole recently revealed that he cannot guarantee the Spaniard regular minutes nowadays, even if he still sees him as a vital member of his dressing room.
According to him, everyone knows Mata is quality because when he plays, he either scores goals or gives an assist in the game, but other players have taken his role at the club.
He added that even if Greenwood and Pogba have done well in the RW position, Juan remains very useful to the group.
His words, “The decision is very difficult every time with Juan. You know he’s got the quality. If he plays, he scores goals, he’s contributed this season,”
“Then again, we’ve had other players who have taken his role as well – Mason [Greenwood] has done well in that position, Paul [Pogba] now, and Juan really contributes in and around the group.”
