Lionel MessiBrazil coach, Tite has come out to say that Messi told him to shut up in the recent friendly clash vs Argentina.

Messi came back after a three-month international ban to secure victory for his country vs Brazil with a 13th-minute strike in Riyadh on Friday.

Lionel and Tite exchanged words in the opening half, and the Barca star was seen putting his fingers to his lips as the Brazil coach complained to the ref.

According to Tite, Messi deserved a card and he was right to complain, which was why he asked him to shut his mouth too.

His words, “I complained because he [Messi] should have been shown a yellow card and he told me to shut my mouth and I told him to shut his mouth,”
