The Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore, a Fulani socio-cultural organisation, has warned that it may not support President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
The group said its decision would depend on the outcome of its assessment of the Tinubu administration and whether it had adequately addressed issues affecting its members.

Miyetti Allah stated that it would not hesitate to withhold its votes if the government failed to meet what it described as the expectations of its constituency.
The organisation stressed that political support should not be taken for granted, urging the Federal Government to pay greater attention to the concerns of Fulani communities.
It also called for policies that would improve the security and welfare of pastoralists, particularly in areas affected by insecurity and conflicts involving farmers and herders.
The group’s position comes as political parties and interest groups intensify preparations for the 2027 general elections.
Miyetti Allah maintained that its members would carefully assess the political landscape before deciding which candidate or party to support in the presidential election.
