Manchester United striker, Marcus Rashford has come out to say that he hopes he and his team-mates can rally around each other ahead of the Manchester derby. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he does not believe MUFC has been playing at their best thus far, but he hopes the recent form of 3 consecutive victories can spur the team on against the defending champions.

Rashford added that he and his teammates must have the courage and the willingness to fight at Old Trafford against their noisy rival.
His words. “It’s just the way football is sometimes. I don’t think we’ve been playing at our best but we’ve just won three games. I remember last season, before we played Liverpool at home early in the season, we weren’t at our best before then but we responded in a big game. We’ll be looking for that type of performance again. If we can get that and get the win, then we’ll be happy.
“I can see the similarities [to the Liverpool match]. We have the courage and the willingness to fight in every game we play, and we need to pick up the points. We need to move up the Premier League table, there’s no time to wait around.”
