Nigeria’s First Lady Dame Patience Jonathan says her husband runs the most women-friendly administration in the country’s history.

She said this on Friday, in Lagos, at an event tagged: Women in Action Town Hall Meeting, which was organised by Senator Florence Ita Giwa.

Mrs Jonathan, who was represented by the Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Chief (Mrs) Jumoke Akinjide, said that at no time did Nigerian women have it better than now under the administration of President Jonathan.

She therefore promised that President Goodluck Jonathan will appoint more women to leadership positions if reelected.
