The ‘Newborn Essential Solutions and Technology’ has reportedly donated medical equipments to Pilot Health Facilities in Nigeria. The donation was during the launch of the consortium.
The consortium whose major objective is to ensure that all hospitals located in Africa have the capacity to give life-saving care to newly born babies who are sick with one disease or the other.
The University College Hospital Ibadan is one of the beneficiaries of the life-saving technology and medical equipment launched. This is because the University College Hospital is one of the pilot health establishment in Nigeria.
The Chief Medical Director,Prof Jesse Otegbayo was duly represented at the launching by the Deputy Chairman, Clinical Services at University College Hospital Ibadan, Dr. Victor Makanjuola.
