Support for President Bola Tinubu’s military intervention against the Niger junta has been rallied by Doyin Okupe, the former director-general of the Peter Obi presidential campaign.
On Friday, Okupe made the announcement via his Twitter account in response to the current situation in Niger Republic.
According to Infostride News reporting, the Niger military junta has claimed to have severed ties with Nigeria.
Okupe has spoken out against the juntas in Niger, saying that any attempt to defame Nigeria will not be accepted.
He argued that all Nigerians, regardless of party affiliation, must work together to save the country’s democracy.
