One hundred and thirty-three (133) new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic were confirmed and reported in Nigeria within the last 24 hours. This was contained in the COVID-19 update provided by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
The new cases reported are as follows:
Lagos: 90
Rivers: 13
FCT Abuja: 8
Kaduna: 8
Oyo: 6
Ondo: 3
Katsina: 2
Nasarawa: 2
Plateau: 1
Currently, there are 61,440 confirmed cases in Nigeria with 1125 deaths. However, 56,611 people have so far recovered and been discharged.
