Manchester United coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has come out to say that Paul Pogba will miss his club’s friendly with Aston Villa on Saturday.
He recently revealed that he is very optimistic that the midfielder will return for the EPL opener vs Crystal Palace the following week.
According to him, Pogba has had a couple of training sessions and he trusts him to get fit quickly ahead of the important clash.
He, however, added that he is still not 100 per cent sure that the Frenchman will be ready for that match.
His words, “Paul’s had a couple of training sessions, so he’s lost out on a few sessions because of the virus, of course. But Paul is quick to get fit…. hopefully, he’ll be ready for next weekend. I am not 100 per cent sure, though.”
On Shaw, “Luke is looking really good in training. He’s come back looking strong and will play in the friendly against Villa.”
