According to him, he can fully understand fans being frustrated with the recent form of his players, but he doesn’t feel it makes sense to target individual players for the club’s poor form.
Rangnick added that MUFC getting back to the top is going to be a collective responsibility, so no one should be singled out.
His words, “I can fully understand fans frustrated but [it] doesn’t make sense to target individual players,”
“It is a collective responsibility, so for me it doesn’t make sense. This is why I will always defend and protect my players. Paul did well in possession of the ball in what was not his best position.”
“I didn’t hear [boos],”
“I think the fans are amazing, support in [the] stadium today was great.”
