Popular BBNaija star, Mike Edwards has jumped on social media to write about the lesson we can learn from the coronavirus pandemic.
Mike believes that the outbreak should teach people to stop judging others based on their job titles or earnings
According to him, the fact that the jobs that were not considered worthy before are currently the ones helping humanity amid the crisis is proof that we need to have a rethink.
He added that Nurses, store workers, delivery drivers, postal servers, trash collectors, sanitation workers deserve more respect from human beings from now on.
His words, “I hope #Covid19 will teach us to stop judging people based on their job titles or earnings. Nurses, store workers, delivery drivers, postal servers, trash collectors, sanitation workers, etc, they are the ones taking us through this crisis, making sure we have the essentials to survive on and even risking their health. A minimum paying job is not indicative of a person’s intelligence, work ethic, or character. Honest work is honest work. Never look down on anyone for the job they have.”
