The 2015 edition of Carnival Calabar theme tagged ‘Climate Change’ was unveiled recently at Oriental Hotels, Victoria Island Lagos by the state governor, Ben Ayade.
The carnival this year includes additional activities and restyling of the old ones, with revelation that Bikers Day and Disco Fiesta are part of the new offerings this year.
The event had dignitaries from the Corporate Nigeria, the United States Embassy in Nigeria, actors, actresses and other in attendance while superstars like Iyanya, Waje, Pee Ajaba, professional dancers from Rwanda and Kenya thrilled the audience. Guests at the unveiling include comic actor John Okafor, aka Mr. Ibu, Waje, CEO of EbonyLife TV, Mo Abudu, Patoranking, reggae artiste Blackie, Olu Maintain, Kcee, Enyinna Nwigwe, Elvis Chuks and others.
