The Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum (PDP-GF) has marked the 56th birthday of Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State with accolades for his performance in office.
In a statement released in Abuja on Monday, the forum’s chairman, Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State, praised Makinde’s genuine achievements during his tenure, spanning over four years.
Governor Mohammed highlighted Makinde’s impactful projects across various sectors including infrastructure, education, agriculture, healthcare, power generation, SME funding, security, and safety, which collectively reflect a comprehensive approach to driving progress and change.

The statement emphasized the positive transformation witnessed in Oyo State, citing advancements in the solid mineral sector, aviation, civil service welfare, transportation, culture, tourism, road infrastructure, trade and investment, as well as empowerment initiatives for youth and women.
