Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed his reason for choosing Marcus Rashford ahead of Anthony Martial in the Champions League quarter-final against Barcelona.
Rashford had been battling with injury before the important CL tie and could not feature against Wolves in the previous EPL game.
But Marcus still got picked ahead of Martial, to strike alongside Romelu Lukaku, and Ole has explained why.
He said, “Rashy’s fine,”
“He’s been ill as well, he had his last test yesterday so hopefully he’ll last for as long as he can.
“He’ll do his best – we know Rashy, he lives for nights like this.”
Manchester United played without both Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic for the first leg at Old Trafford.
