Former Chelsea forward Joe Cole has hailed Liam Rosenior’s immediate impact at Stamford Bridge. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, Rosenior‘s impact as Blues manager has been superb thus far, and his run of five wins in six games is proof that the decision to replace Enzo Maresca is already paying huge dividends.
Cole added that Liam deserves praise for rapidly transforming the squad’s mentality since he came in.
His words, “It’s been fantastic, superb. A lot of people talk about what he’s been saying but you need to look at the team. They’ve won five out of six games now and gone to Napoli and won. You can’t really knock that.
Liam is still getting his style of play in but the character was really impressive. A Chelsea team who went behind could have got rolled over a few months ago so he’s instilled something in them.
This isn’t the Napoli team that was blitzing everyone in Serie A but it’s still an Antonio Conte team.”

Bruce Buck, who served as chairman since 2003, was replaced by Boehly, while long-serving club director and de facto sporting director Marina Granovskaia left, as did Petr Čech from the role of technical and performance advisor.
