After launching its new cloud-based delivery model, SDL continues the conversation at its customer experience summit ‘Innovate London’
WAKEFIELD, MA, and MAIDENHEAD, UK – April 23 2014 – Building on the momentum of the successful launch of its Customer Experience CloudTM offering in January, SDL (LSE: SDL) is announcing its fifth annual SDL Innovate 2014 series of global customer summits. The series launches with SDL’s Innovate London summit, a two-day thought leadership event for customer experience professionals to gain actionable insights from leaders and visionaries in the field. The event will take place at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in Kensington, London from 7-8 May 2014 and will provide attendees with the inspiration, tools and know-how to maximise every customer experience opportunity to increase a brand’s impact and bottom line.
Drawing on its global customer base of more than 1,500 enterprise customers – including 72 of the top 100 global brands – and 400 partners, SDL has ensured Innovate London features compelling keynote sessions from customer experience (CX) visionaries, including Lior Arussy, a leading expert on customer experience management, as well as 20 plus breakout sessions from inspirational customers and SDL executives.
ASOS, one of the largest online fashion and beauty brands in the UK, will have its CIO Pete Marsden present on how the company leverages SDL’s eCommerce solutions for success. ASOS will be joined by Gulliver Travel Associates (GTA), part of Kuoni Global Travel Services. Kevin Ashbridge, Product Owner for Content at GTA, will highlight the use of SDL’s Language solutions with thousands of GTA’s customers across the globe.
SDL’s CEO and founder, Mark Lancaster, will be presenting SDL’s Customer Experience Management vision. He will be joined by SDL’s CMO, Paige O’Neill, who will be looking into the future of customer experience and CTO, Dennis van der Veeke, who will be giving examples of customer experience in practice. Other marketing experts joining the debate at Innovate London include digital marketing intelligence company, Freedata Labs and analyst firm Forrester Research, Inc.
