The governors, who met with the president behind closed doors are Theodore Orji (Abia), Martin Elechi (Ebonyi), Willie Obiano (Anambra) and Sullivan Chime (Enugu).
His assurance came on the heels of Sunday’s discovery of three deadly Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), with one set on a timer, planted in the Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel, Owerri, Imo State. The police believes the IEDs were planted and set to go off after thousands of worshippers would have come to Church on Sunday.
He also said they were at the Presidential Villa on a solidarity visit to Jonathan.
The Anambra governor stated that he and his colleagues had assured Mr. Jonathan to count on them, adding that the president is under pressure and he needs their support.
