As this year’s guest of honor, Slovenia showcases themes of “green, innovation, and intelligence,” featuring five special sections including green ecology, food, and low-altitude economy, and presents cutting-edge products like electric gliders and clean energy solutions. Since establishing diplomatic relations with China in 1992, Slovenia has seen increasingly close interactions and significant mutually beneficial cooperation with China, making the country its fourth largest trading partner.
This year’s expo reached a new scale, with 80,000 square meters of exhibition space divided into the CEEC exhibition section and consumer goods section. The exhibitors from the Central and Eastern European countries expanded to a “14+” country model, gathering 435 international exhibitors from 14 Central and Eastern European countries, as well as nine others including the UK, France, and Germany. The expo also featured key economic and trade activities, with 11 major events and over 50 specialized matchmaking activities by industry and country, creating multidimensional cooperation opportunities for businesses from both China and abroad.
