Super Falcons defender, Ngozi Ebere says joining French club Paris St-Germain (PSG) “is a dream come true.”
PSG women confirmed on Monday that the left-back has signed a two-year contract from Nigerian side Rivers Angels.
“I’m here to give my very best and win trophies. I am very motivated by this new challenge here in Paris. This is a dream come true,” Ngozi told the club’s website.
Coach Farid Benstiti added: “Ebere is a Nigerian left-back. She will offer another option to Laure Boulleau, who has played a lot of football in recent seasons. She has a huge potential and plenty of qualities that she showed during the World Cup. She will need a certain time to adapt, but her quality will see her ready very quickly.”
The 24-year-old has 29 caps for Nigeria and won the Africa Women Cup of Nations (then African Women Championship) in 2014.
