Sylogist Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SYZ) (“Sylogist” or “the Company“) is very pleased to announce that Mr. Brian Grassby, CA, has joined the Company as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2014. Following the start of his career at Coopers and Lybrand, Brian moved into the technology industry with CAE Electronics Ltd. and was most recently with Canadian Pacific Railway where, during a period of dynamic change, he rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
