Taraba State Governor, Agbu Kefas, has committed to completing all uncompleted projects initiated by his predecessors.
He made this announcement on Friday during an inspection of the Mararraba – Baissa – Abong road project in Kurmi local government council.
Governor Kefas revealed that companies handling the projects have been pressuring his administration for outstanding payments.

He emphasized that his visit to the project site was to ensure that any allocated resources are justified.
He reiterated his administration’s dedication to finishing projects that are beneficial to the people of Taraba State. Additionally, he highlighted his commitment to maintaining peace in the area to promote development.
The Mararraba – Baissa – Abong road, an 82-kilometer Federal Government project linking Kurmi LGA with the rest of the state, is expected to boost socio-economic growth upon completion.
The governor noted the area’s significant agricultural potential and natural resources, which the road will help to develop.
