Ebonyi State Government has been commended by the Group Managing Director of UBA, Kennedy Uzoka, for its strong partnership with the bank.
Uzoka made the commendation after he met in private with Governor David Umahi at the Government House in Abakaliki on Tuesday.
Fielding questions from journalists after meeting, he lauded commended Umahi for his developmental projects within a very short period in office and assured that UBA, would remain committed to helping the state.
The UBA boss said, “We are here to thank the governor for the great relationship that exists between the state and the bank which has been there for a very long time. It is customary in our bank for us to reach out to our key customers and that is what we have come to do today.
“Is just to come and say, thank you, thank you, thank you for the good work he is doing for the people of Ebonyi State and also for the partnership we are enjoying being a bank to the state”.
