As Christmas approaches, the Warri Area Commander of the Nigeria Police Force, ACP Graham Imadeh, has declared that the crime rate in the city is at a near-zero level.
Speaking to our correspondent via WhatsApp, ACP Imadeh attributed the low crime rate to proactive measures and strategic policing efforts.
“We are building on the gains and constantly reviewing our crime prevention and detection strategies,” he stated.
The police chief also assured residents of a secure yuletide season, highlighting ongoing collaborations with other security agencies to maintain peace and safety across Warri and its environs.
“All hands are on deck in synergy with other sister security agencies to secure the general area,” Imadeh added.
The Area Command has urged residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities as part of efforts to sustain the current level of security.
