Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has assured Abians of his readiness to complete 22 road projects awarded by his administration within his first 100 days in office.
Speaking to journalists shortly after he inspected ongoing work on some road projects in Aba and Umuahia, the state capital, Governor Ikpeazu said he was optimistic that at least 80 per cent of the road projects or more will be completed within the first 100 days in office.
He also promised to roll out new policies on the maintenance of public facilities in the state to prevent bastardization of public facilities just as he disclosed that all the roads under construction will have street light.
