Zenith Bank Plc has given notice on fraudulent WhatsApp customer service number. The bank has made it known to it’s customers and the general public that, Zenith Bank doesn’t have a WhatsApp customer service number and any number claiming to be the bank’ WhatsApp number is fake.
Zenith Bank Plc has therefore enjoined the general public not to engage with anyone who redirects them to a WhatsApp number claiming to be Zenith Bank customer service. The bank also stated that they don’t resolve customers complaints via WhatsApp.
The bank advised their customers not to deal with anyone on social media who replies, redirects them to any WhatsApp number or requests for their account details.

In the event of any suspected fraudulent activity, customers are thereby advised to immediately dial *966*911# from any mobile phone to stop debit transactions on their account. Zenith Bank hereby tasks their customers to be vigilant and keep their information safe.
