A chieftain of the Young Progressives Party, YPP, in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, Emmanuel Degema Ophiemu Esq, today urged Nigerian youths to get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) ready ahead of the 2023 elections in the state and Nigeria.
The legal practitioner made the call while fielding questions from the media.
He said he will never support the youths in voting for “old blood” into power.
According to Ophiemu,”those without PVC should try as much as possible to get themselves registered, and also plan to protect their votes against the planned rigging arrangements of those crass ineptitude leaders.”
While noting that the future of Nigeria lies in the hands of the youths, Ophiemu said the old leaders who have nothing to offer the citizens should start packing out of government before the “youth wind” waves them out with disgrace.
