Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard has said that Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise is the ideal replacement for Mohamed Salah. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, even though he knows that the French winger will be almost impossible to pry away from the German club, he believes he is the best option to replace Salah.
Gerrard added that he expects the Reds to find a suitable replacement if Olise is not available
His words, “If you want to bring in a direct replacement for Salah, there are very few options out there. Olise would be one, I’d say. I don’t think he’d be available.
Liverpool’s scouting department will have several options in mind. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a one-for-one replacement.”

The capacity of the stadium at the time was 20,000, although only 100 spectators attended Liverpool’s first match at Anfield.
