He further stressed that the action of Mr. Lamby negates the sanctity of justice, equity, fair play and transparency, saying that it is ungodly and satanic for Lamby to allow a player in a match to appoint a referee, adding that one of the kingmakers and Jagun of Awoland, Chief Saka Adesola had publicly declared recently that the two living kingmakers were not aware of any purported appointment of Warrant Chiefs and not to talk of electing new monarch.

Abubakar insisted that Lamby had contravened sections 14,15,22,23&24 of Chiefs Law Cap 25 in selecting the Warrant Chiefs and the long hand of the law should catch up with those who were supposed to reject the illegitimate errand but failed to do so.
