Ms. Cubbage comes to ACF from Texeltek, Inc. (A TASC Company), where she was promoted to COO after spending five years in senior management and executive leadership roles. In her role at ACF, Aimee will be responsible for ACF’s client management and delivery teams, oversee employee and capability development, and enhance the operational foundation and infrastructure to support ACF’s growth.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience with small IT consulting firms in both the federal and commercial sectors, Ms. Cubbage brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business operations, project/program management, business process analysis and improvement, and quality assurance. While at Texeltek, Inc, Ms. Cubbage was responsible for back-office operations, including Contracts, Legal, Human Resources, Recruiting, Security, and Program Management, that supported rapid growth, operational objectives and helped the company double in size.
