Arsenal star Alex Iwobi is delighted with the action he got in Gunners’ 2-0 win over Sunderland on Tuesday, May 16.
Iwobi was a 69th-minute substitute in the game, his first for Arsenal since their 2-2 league draw against Manchester City on April 2.
After the game, he took to Instagram to express his delight with the game time he got.
“Back Doing What I Love #AFC,” Iwobi wrote alongside a photo of him in action.
The game against Sunderland was his 25th Premier League appearances for Arsenal and he has scored three goals in the process.
The game comes as a relief for the 20-year-old who have been having problems in his personal life.
Iwobi’s girlfriend of four years, Clarisse Juliette dumped him after accusing him of cheating.
Juliette shared a photo of herself and the Nigeria international writing on it; “Once a cheater, always a cheater, it’s true people don’t change.”
Iwobi and Juliette who are known to show off their relationship on social media have both deleted other’s photos from their social media pages.
Juliette also shared a video on her Snapchat of her holding some dollar notes with the caption ‘you’ll never get your bitch back’.
