Founder of Leadership Newspaper and presidential aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Sam Nda Isaiah has stepped down for fellow aspirant and Former Head of State, Mohammadu Buhari.

According to online news platform, Premium Times, the publisher will support Buhari’s bid in the primaries holding today at the ongoing national convention of the party in Lagos.

Unconfirmed reports also have it that Governors Rabiu Kwankwaso and Rochas Okorocha have stepped down. Kwankwaso’s deputy, Alhaji Abdullahi Umaru Ganduje posted a tweet saying the Kano governor was still in the race.
