NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwired – Apr 28, 2014) – AudienceScience® today announced that Jeff Hochberg has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Hochberg brings more than 15 years of online media experience to the role, where he will lead the execution of AudienceScience’s global data and media inventory partnerships, creating tremendous value for brand advertisers who want to efficiently and effectively reach consumers across screens and around the world.

Hochberg will also oversee the extensive publisher and data partner framework that powers AudienceScience’s Gateway SaaS enterprise platform, which allows advertisers to programmatically buy premium inventory without using a demand- or sell-side platform.

“Our advertisers are increasingly bringing their ad buying technology in-house, and we want to ensure that they’re able to leverage the best inventory and data partners when they work with AudienceScience,” said Mike Peralta, CEO of AudienceScience. “Jeff brings deep experience on the publisher and agency sides, so his perspective will be valuable in helping us evaluate the best partners for brand advertisers.”

Prior to joining AudienceScience, Hochberg was Vice President of Sales for AOL’s Audience Targeting product suite, where he was responsible for leading revenue generation and sales execution. Prior to that, he was Northeast Regional Vice President of Sales for Advertising.com and held numerous positions throughout a 14-year tenure with Advertising.com and AOL. He began his career at Organic Online and Grey Design and Promotion.

“AudienceScience’s mission of pairing cutting edge technology with transparent advertising practices is revolutionary,” said Hochberg. “As advertisers get more experienced in using these tools, they will bring the tools in-house and have more sophisticated requests. I’m excited to help AudienceScience as they serve these needs.”
