Members of the Nasarawa state House of Assembly threw caution to the wind, when a disagreement occurred over the appointment of sole administrators for 11 local government councils in the state. Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State said on Monday that the government’s budget for 2016 was based on the projected internally generated revenue of between N3 billion and N4 billion monthly.
