The police have arrested at least 1,503 suspected criminals in connection with 1,024 cases in Katsina State. These figures, according to the authorities, represent the overall summary of the achievements recorded so far by the State Police Command within the year which ends on Thursday. The Kano State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of an armourer of a syndicate alleged to have kidnapped a German national and killed one police officer in the state.
