An investigation has revealed that owners of petrol stations across major towns in Benue State have defied federal government directive to sell petrol at the the new pump price of N86.50K/litre. An investigation conducted on Friday in Makurdi showed that major and independent marketers in the state were selling the product at between N120 and N130 per litre. A suspected human trafficker was apprehended by the Lagos State Government on Friday night at Abule-Egba area of the state. The suspect identified herself as Ganiat Ajijola, 35.
