The Speaker of Bauchi State House of Assembly, Honorable Kawuwa Shehu Damina has commended the Federal Government School Feeding program that takes off in Bauchi state, penultimate week. The Speaker made this known during a chat with SA to His Excellency on Non Governmental Organizations in his residence in Bauchi today. He noted that, “credible information indicates significant increase in enrollment figures. Primary schools in Wahu and Papa communities of Darazo LGA have reported threefold improvement in enrollment of children.” He reiterated the commitment of the state assembly to make legislation to support Federal Government social investment programs.
