Popular highlife singer, Sir Victor Olaiya is dead. The music legend gave up at the age of 89 after a brief illness. Sir Victor, whose music attracted old and young fans died at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, today. Sir Olaiya, who marked his 89th birthday in December last year, was confirmed dead by Managing Director of Evergreen Music Company Ltd., Bimbo Esho. R.I.P.
