The wife of governor of Anambra, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, has decried the activities of touts who extortion money from hapless market women across the state. Ebelechukwu voiced her concern at a ceremony at Afor Igwe Market, Umudioka, Idemili North Local Government Area of the state where she inaugurated a modern toilet facility for use of the traders.
