The Rector, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY), Abeokuta, Prof. Oludele Itiola says the institution is being repositioned to be a reference point in technological, scientific and entrepreneurial education. The Ogun State Government in collaboration with a private company, Caterina De Medici Project has concluded arrangements to cultivate a thousand hectare land in different parts of the State for cassava production. Members of the public who display their wares and vehicles on parking slots along major road across Ogun State have been warned by the State Government to desist from the act forthwith.
