A heartless 16-year-old boy, Tajudeen Azeez, has been arrested by the Lagos state police command for allegedly killing a four-year-old boy in Ijaniki area of the state. Nigeria’s external debt stock as at second quarter 2015 stood at about $10.3 billion, over 10 percent increase, against $9.5 billion recorded in the first quarter of the year.
