The Alhaji Ahmed Joda-led Transition Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday submitted an 800-page final report of its findings to President Muhammadu Buhari at an event at the Defence House, Abuja. Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State has approved the dissolution of the Governing Boards of all government departments and parastatal agencies in the state.
