The younger brother of Gov. Aliyu Wamakko of Sokoto State, Salihu Barade, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen. He was abducted by the gunmen, numbering about four, on Wednesday at his farm in Wamakko local government area of Sokoto State and whisked away in company with other people, PREMIUM TIMES reported. According to the report, the gunmen later freed those that were kidnapped with the governor’s brother after travelling a reasonable distance with them. As fuel scarcity in Abuja worsens, fifteen ships laden with various products including petrol, kerosene and aviation fuel have arrived at the Lagos ports, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said today in Lagos.
