A Fund aimed at revitalising the economies affected by conflicts and disasters in Nigeria has been inaugurated by President Goodluck Jonathan, with a donation of N250 million to help it achieve its goals. A 20-year-old is set to spend the next 20 months of his life in prison after an Ikeja High Court found him guilty of the three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and examination malpractices preferred against him. Abiodun Raheem appeared before Justice Kudirat Jose of the Court on Thursday for creating a website that facilitates examination malpractices. Members of the House of Representatives have approved life pension for the President and Deputy President of the Senate as well as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.
