The gale of suicide bombings that has rocked Kano State this week continued on Wednesday afternoon as a teenage female suicide bomber blew herself up along with some students of the Kano State Polytechnic, along Bayero University of Kano, old site road. The bomber was said to have ran into the students, most of them graduates, who were checking their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) postings, before detonating the explosives she was wearing. The Kano State Police Commissioner, Alhaji Aderenle Shinaba, confirmed that the suicide bomber and two of the graduates lost their lives while eight others were injured.
