A 19-year-old Nigerian girl (names withheld) has told a Federal High Court in Lagos how she was lured into prostitution in Burkina Faso. According to the teenager, she was working as a sales girl in Victoria Island, Lagos before two middle-aged men told her they could help her find a better job abroad. A boat with 26 passengers on board Wednesday capsized in Ikorodu area of Lagos State claiming the lives of eight persons. Twelve of the passengers were however lucky as they survived the accident while six others are still missing.
