APC Governorship candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has emerged victorious in his polling unit, Lateef Jakande/Femi Okunnu Polling Unit in Ikoyi.
The APC man received 124 votes to defeat his fiercest competition, Jimi Agbaje who received 26 votes.
The APC failed to win at the polling unit and lost to the PDP during the February 23 presidential election.
After voting alongside his wife, Ibijoke, Sanwo-Olu disclosed that he was confident of victory at the poll.
Yesterday, he described March 9, 2019, as a divine day, as it was exactly 6 months since he collected party form to join the Lagos governorship race.
