Popular singer Adele has said that Céline Dion inspired her love of ballads and dramatic performances. Recall that both singers shared an emotional moment when Dion surprised Adele at her Las Vegas residency in 2024.
Speaking about how Dion shaped her approach to music, Adele revealed that she is a drama queen today because of what she learned from the legendary songstress.
Her words, “My love for ballads is definitely a direct pass down from her.
She’s dramatic and I love being a drama queen.”
In 2017, Céline Dion presented Adele with “Song of the Year” for her No. 1 hit single “Hello” at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards.
